Manufacturer Warranty
VTrack products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty provided by Laon People (SwingCraft). During the warranty period, Laon will repair or replace hardware that has defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Sota Sims Golf will help coordinate warranty service within the U.S.
What’s Covered
Manufacturer defects under normal, intended use
Repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion
Coordination through Sota Sims during the warranty term
What’s Not Covered
Damage from improper installation, misuse, or modification
Power surges, accidents, or environmental damage
Issues arising from third‑party software or accessories
Units purchased from non‑authorized sellers
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Gather info: Purchase date, reseller name (if any), serial number, description of the issue, photos/video if available.
Contact Sota Sims Support: support@sotasims.com or 952‑905‑1996. We’ll create a case and provide next steps.
RMA & shipping: If a return is required, we’ll issue an RMA and instructions. Keep original packaging when possible.

Sota Sims Golf is an authorized U.S. partner and distribution hub for VTrack. Warranty obligations are provided by the manufacturer (Laon People / SwingCraft). Sota Sims coordinates U.S. support and logistics but does not extend or modify the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Returns & Exchanges
We follow the manufacturer’s return standards and U.S. consumer best practices. The summary below helps set expectations; your order confirmation will include definitive return instructions.
Return Window
- Unopened/unused items may be returnedwithin 14 days of delivery.
- Report shipping damage within 48 hours so we can file a claim.
- Non‑defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Eligibility & Process
- Returns require an RMA from Sota Sims Support.
- Original packaging recommended to prevent transit damage.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once inspected.
